Abstract

The regular implementation and long-term implementation of rural rule of law requires not only the guidance and support of the government, but also the extensive participation of farmers and all sectors of society.As a case with the characteristics of an ethnic area, Gongcheng County in Guangxi has shown in practice that in the process of promoting rural revitalization, it is crucial to pay attention to the collaborative governance of multiple subjects, improve the rural legal system, and cultivate outstanding legal talents.However, problems such as the imperfect legal system, the shortage of grassroots legal talents, and the alienation of rural autonomy still need to be solved.To this end, corresponding measures need to be taken to continuously improve the legal level of rural governance, provide a strong guarantee for rural revitalization, and ultimately provide reference and inspiration for rural revitalization in other ethnic areas.
